1. Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.

2. Prepaid Appointments

• If a patient cancels at least 24 hours in advance, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may be eligible only for rescheduling, not a refund.

3. Procedure Payments

• If a medical procedure is prepaid but canceled before any preparation or diagnostic work begins, a partial refund may be considered.
• Refunds are not available once a procedure or surgery has been initiated.
